There are two main levels of service offered to landlords although we can tailor make a package to suit your individual needs:
We are open when you and your tenants require us to be open. To maximise viewing opportunities we are available to conduct viewings early in the morning, late in the evening and at weekends.
Our phone lines are open 24/7 and are diverted when the office is not manned. A member of our staff will be available to take calls at any hour.
We will advertise your property in the local press, online on portals such as Rightmove, on our own website with full colour photography, floorplans and printable colour brochures.
Once a suitable tenant has been found we will apply for references on your behalf. If these prove to be acceptable we will take deposits and draw up the relevent documents.
If you chose to have your property managed by Right4Homes then we will guarantee round the clock care for your property and tenants. This will include everything from collecting the rent for you and handling all administration, to assistance with repairs and maintenance and the provision of a 24 hour emergency helpline.
An inventory of contents and condition will be produced prior to commencement of the tenancy and periodic checks will be made to ensure your property is being cared for by your tenants.
